Parsec Consulting Engineers, which is based in Darlington, specialises in mechanical and electrical engineering in the building services, oil and gas, energy, sustainability and water sectors.
As one of the few consultancies in the UK to be registered as Low Carbon Consultants and possess all BREEAM licenses, Parsec boasts an impressive portfolio of commercial and public sector clients.
